Our team’s personal and professional experience in U.S sporting and academic placements are supported by our three step mentoring model - Prepare, Progress, Professional. This model ensures the correct pathway for an athlete is identified and effectively executed to maximise growth and potential.

OUR PROCESS
1. PREPARE
First We, Prepare. We work strategically with an athlete to identify their personal and professional goals, potential and opportunity scope before they are placed at a U.S university.
2. PROGRESS
Then We, Progress. From selecting to commencing placement, we continually check in on your progress and ensure your goals are being worked towards. Acting as a sounding board for any questions, concerns or thoughts that may come up throughout your sporting and academic journey.
3. PROFESSIONAL
Lastly, Professional. Where to now? Striv3 believes the exit is as important as the entrance and will ensure your transition from your academic life to professional life is supported and guided by information, tips, and opportunities when your studies conclude.
